1.<\/strong> Go to Student<\/strong> module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong> Click on Promote & Shuffle Student<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. <\/strong>Select Current Session<\/strong> e.g. 2024-2025, select Standard<\/strong> e.g. “First”, select Section<\/strong> e.g. “A” and click on Search<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. <\/strong>Make sure you are on Promote to Next Session<\/strong> tab. From this tab, you will be able to promote shown students to new session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>:- <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Shuffle in Same Session<\/strong> is used to shuffle students in current session only. DON’T USE THIS OPTION TO PROMOTE STUDENTS FROM ONE SESSION TO NEW SESSION.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Promoted students will be shown in Green colour. Once a student is promoted, you cannot select it. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You can select only those students which are highlighted in Orange colour. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    5.<\/strong> Here, you will see Next Session<\/strong> Name e.g. 2025-26, and select Standard<\/strong> e.g. Second and select Section<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.<\/strong> Select the students which are shown “Not Promoted<\/em>” and click on Promote<\/strong>. It will show a confirmation message box. If you are sure, click on OK<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. <\/strong>It will show this type of successful message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Now status will be changed to “Promoted to 2025-26, Second<\/em>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9.<\/strong> You can now verify if the students are promoted successfully. Switch to next session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    10.<\/strong> Go to Active Students<\/strong> page and filter the Standard<\/strong> & Section<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    That’s it! Same way you can promote all students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
